Returns and Exchanges
In accordance with current legislation, you can return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 calendar days, not counting the day of purchase. The reason for return or exchange may be the following: the product did not fit in size, dimensions, properties, color, or configuration. In some cases, we meet our customers halfway and may accept the product for exchange or return at a later date. Each case is considered individually and agreed upon with the customer service manager.
Before applying, make sure that the product is subject to return or exchange. You can return or exchange a product of proper quality if it has retained its presentation and consumer properties. There should be no signs of exploitation or use on the product. The product must also have its original and undamaged packaging (including undamaged manufacturer markings and labels). Products purchased in our store with signs of installation or use of technical fluids (oil/fuel) are not subject to return or exchange.
The list of goods not subject to return and exchange is approved by Government Decree No. 2463 dated 31.12.2020.
It includes motor and transmission oils, fuel additives, lubricants, air filter service kits, and brake fluid. This list also includes technically complex goods:
- ignition coils and spark plugs,
- fuel pumps,
- wideband lambda sensors,
- electric fans.
These goods are not subject to exchange or return.
Agree with our manager on the most convenient method of return or exchange. You can personally bring the product to our store at Moscow, 14th passage of Maryina Roshcha 1A, or use courier or transport company services.
Return or exchange of goods of inadequate quality
The manufacturer provides a warranty for manufacturing defects. All products undergo pre-sale inspection. The probability of receiving a product of inadequate quality is minimized. We strongly recommend installation in qualified organizations experienced in the installation and operation of such products. As our many years of practice show, the loss of operational properties of a product occurs as a result of gross violations of operating conditions. Problems with the product may also arise from improper installation and unintended use. Each case of discovering such a product is considered individually, and we make every effort to resolve the issue in favor of the customer.
